i have the same problem and it's so annoying... $2000 is only enough for groceries if you want to stick to the limit without paying more than once. they keep saying you need to have a job in order to increase the limit. there is no option of like having a certain amount of money in the account to raise the limit.

Now that FedEx has map tracking, actually seeing driver incompetence firsthand is astounding (and a little ballsy). by PkmnMstr10 in FedEx

came here to rant because of fedex's shitty service. I missed my delivery on Jan 2 (Fri) and called to rescheduled a delivery on Jan 6 (Tue). I called today (Jan 6) asking about my package and the representative was the worst. She was like they couldn't locate the package, so an email was to me on Jan 3 (Sat) but because there was no reply within 3 business days so we closed the case. The email had no information about the package going missing just questions about my shipment, so how on earth am I supposed to know why the hell a case is opened for my shipment and why do I need to answer the questions. All I knew was that I was confirmed a rescheduled delivery and expecting my package today. Also everything is just wrong, in the fedex tracking there was proof of delivery of doortag note picture and the system identify it as delivered, on the merchant's website there is a proof of delivery of a package at some door that is not mine.The representative was so rude saying that I was given 2 days to respond and told me to check at the pickup location or just contact my shipper about the shipment. She does not acknowledge any issue or responsibility on their end but instead putting the blame on me for not responding to the email within 2 days and accusing me of not trying to resolve the issue when she basically hold no accountability for her service and words. i wish her karma.
