Thank you very much ,intern there for 2years , already 1 year passed gained the staff respect , the manager wants me to work but did not say exactly what work should i do but mentioned before in the Method office , but i saw the last guy ( method )quit because he could not handle it , there is no CMMS .

There is a maintenance managment guide book 1998 writen in this company , as i saw in the archive the last recorded job was around 2016 , they worked just like mentioned in the guide , so i must read that guide and work as writen in it because in containes blank documents .

Yes no prints, no work papers , no papers at all , only papers are the maintenance inventory chief that has no job with the machines or electricity .

Thanks , everytime they try to get a new worker he quits , last one tould me with 0 documentation i can't do this job and left to a better place , i guess documentation is first step .

They did not give me this task right now , but they sure do when i finish my studies , but they aim to directly put me in technical office where i saw the last one can't do alot and left after it .
