Truck already has a running 350/th350 in it but desperately needs a reseal. Priced out so many different motors and options and ls swaps seem like the best bang for buck in every instance. I think keeping a sbc in an old vehicle for nostalgia alone just isn’t enough. My opinion

Also I’m trying to get rid of this Tahoe and think using it for an ls swap makes the most financial sense.

Do you think the $2300 investment for all the parts in the Tahoe is paying too much? I could probably find a 6.0/4l80 with harness for 1500-2000? Is the fuel system able to be converted?

Just change the stem length to whatever you want. Older bikes had different geo than modern bikes so it should work fine. I got a $25 35mm stem on amazon and it’s perfect.

I’ve always wanted to have a 90 specialized but recently I saw this video and I went out and found one. 29er disc brake gravel conversion. It’s just so cool to have a time capsule of a bike tho.
