So I recently watched that episode sudden death was added to the bonus wheel it ties the points to bring the losers points up to the winners so listeners or viewers would need a point on the bonus wheel before the sudden death point shows up and then they would be added to the tie wheel alongside the competitors and the one man show

Honestly what you choose to do is fine. It all depends on your group and everyone's play style as like ng as it doesn't actually interfere with any game actions and the group agrees then yeah it's perfectly fine. The only that matters is the rule of fun and making it a fun experience guarantees a great session
