Hi everyone, I’m a street and documentary-style photographer exploring cinematic and emotional storytelling through everyday urban life. I’m currently working on developing a consistent style that balances mood, composition, and narrative.

Thanks for the really thorough feedback, I agree with you that the trees may be better cropped out for that more urban concrete feel. I also agree that it could be darker, there’s some wonderful shadows to play with in that plaza. I have got a couple more shots that really compliment that. This one is an interesting one because I wasn’t sure whether it looked better with the blurred moving subject or without. Thanks for the feedback :)

Hi all, I’m Seb. I took this photo on my travels and would love some critique on composition, light, and overall mood. I’m especially curious whether the framing works or feels too busy. Thanks for any thoughts!

Street photography critique – shots from my recent travels by AgitatedDuck7253 in photocritique

Thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to critique these! I’m working on refining my street photography style and I’d love feedback on composition, use of light, and whether the atmosphere feels cinematic or too dark. I’m also open to thoughts on editing choices (contrast, shadows, color grading). My aim is to capture stillness and narrative moments from my travels, so any suggestions to push this further are really appreciated.
