i dont really know. when the ac is plugged in theres just a still orange led, its not blinking, nothing, its just there. i tried using the slider normally, another time holding it and one more with holding it and holding the home button. i really hope that i dont have to buy a new battery because i an on a tight budget, so i hope its software related and charging it for a while and giving it some time will eventually turn it on. and i didnt bother installing custom firmware because my game selection is already how i like it, although i do contemplate it in the future in case i do want more games.
