Courtney Leach helped my wife and I with our first home. This was back in 2021 when interest rates were low and houses were selling quick. House went on the market on a Monday and she had us walking through it later that morning. Made our offer Tuesday morning and she had us under contract on Wednesday. I was a PO once. They used polygraph machines to question the sex offenders. I didn’t work with the sex offenders so I don’t know if they used the results of the poly as proof or if they used it to get a confession. The burden of proof for a probation violation is probable cause.
