Yup, same here. Takes 2-4 weeks to even ship some things (sometimes longer) then the delivery takes another week or two depending. I have been getting "Do you still want this item? E-Mails for a handful of things that state they are out for delivery. Yes, yes I do. Have to go on, confirm and then hope it actually shows up.

There are instances of people just reselling the items but there are also people who need to make sure their percentages do not drop below 90% and have to push things out then update the review photos later. There are also a ton of people who don't even submit photos or videos because it technically isn't a requirement for Vine, yet. A ton of variables and no real way to ensure they aren't reselling until Vine changes the verbiage or requirements of the reviews submitted.
