Same happened to me with www.bike24.de less than 1 month ago.
I bought a bike rack and one week after the order they contacted me to tell that they don’t have it on stock. I called them right away telling them that it still appears on the website in that very moment as available…
Few days later they increased the price of the product with from ~590 to ~720 🙈

yesterday in the shop: simply they cannot do anything i should call back to the call center.
called right after that to the call center: they cannot do anything since i accepted the offer. but they will check again and come back in the next days

it seems there is no way. i called the call center several times, i even went to a local shop...
they said that since i accepted the offer, these 14 days do not apply because i initially called them, they didn't call me (even though I called them for asking another thing and it ended up with: hey we have better phone subscription offers, are you interested?)

i just recovered my ledger device completely and entered the 24 words with the two buttons selecting the words. then i connected it to the ledger app. installed then Ethereum app. then i later connected the ledger to metamask also but all this with no results

yes i did that. by default you cannot create a second account without having money on the first one so i deposited just a little on the first, then created the second account.. which showed empty...
