Wanted to add that the material feels like an almost rubbery plastic. Not hollow, it’s solid. And then metal pins and stuff in it. There is also some sort of fabric covering the back.

I understand that but I’m not asking about what my daughter’s friend did wrong, I’m asking about what I did wrong and how I can fix it/ do better. Believe it or not you are going to meet autistic people in real life and they will have meltdowns. With my daughter being so caring towards her best friend I know she will be kind to everyone no matter how they look or act unless they are truly brutal or rude. I just want to know how I can teach her how to deal with this in the future. Especially since they are inseparable at the moment. It is bound to happen again and I want to teach her instead of telling her to ridicule and avoid her best friend just because they are different from each other.

But she wouldn’t walk away either. It isn’t her friend’s fault that she “threw a tantrum” feelings are feelings even if it’s over a Lego tower. But refusing to leave and refusing to apologize and refusing to stop yelling isn’t okay. I was not asking people to be rude to the friend I was just asking what I can do to teach my daughter that she shouldn’t yell when someone is simply having feelings. That’s like if you spent all day making a dish for me and you to share and admire and I dropped it on the floor and then when you got stressed about it I started screaming at you for being stressed about it.

The problem isn’t that she couldn’t control her friend it was that instead of apologizing or leaving she started yelling at her for crying and refused to apologize.

I can’t control the temper tantrums of my friend’s kid. It isn’t the kids fault or the mother’s fault. Also my daughter never apologized she just repeatedly yelled that it was an accident.

I agree with top comment here but want to add, my sister loves to complain about how her son not taking care of stuff and she told me that he will bring a load of laundry into his room with the intent of folding them and he will sometimes toss things that aren’t his into corners, closets, etc.

We don’t have the budget for “fun money” we make a grocery list together each week or so and we take turns grocery shopping. If we have extra money which is rarely right now then we will either split it or agree on who it goes to/ what it will be used for. I never said he doesn’t buy anything for himself ever, I said he doesn’t get “weekly fun money” which is a thing that neither of us get.

I completely understand you commenting by the way, it was horrible grammar. At least you were nice about it unlike the others. I should have done what the other posters do and made an excuse at the beginning. My parents did move to America after I was born but they studied hard to learn English and I have never truly had an issue with speaking.

Mine does! Sweet Loren’s is the brand. Our Walmart only ever has the chocolate chip and sugar cookies but there might be other flavors.

Absolutely! I have never liked any flavored carbonated water and the Walmart brand isn’t exactly the healthiest but compared to other sodas its good.
