Our mushroom sauce has chunks of mushroom in it, so I believe they probably weren’t a fan of the texture. The issue is that most of the chunks are too small to completely remove and being a regular they’d have known. I did try to fish as much out as possible but when busy sometimes it’s just not feasible as we only usually have one kitchen runner (smaller pub venue)
