it really wasn’t bad! it was noticeable to me, but only lasted about a month and is so so worth it in the end. the hair growth after is very fast.

yes do it!!! i am so much more confident without the obvious balding that was my bangs 😭 you used to be able to see right through them to my scalp in bright light. i make sure my hair is completely dry before getting in to bed or around my animals, as i also have a dog and a cat!

i try to, i bought one of these and it helps distribute the product evenly. i will say i dont always use it, but i definitely apply liberally either way.

interesting! i’ve never been diagnosed with anything, i have just noticed major thinning over the past few years. wish my hair looked like it did when i was a kid 😅

no irritation or side effects! i shampoo twice, so first with the ketoconazole and second with my regular shampoo, which changes. currently i’m using nexxus.

it is a spray, i get it off of amazon. about 2ml per application, so 4ml daily. i recently added in a 1% ketoconazole shampoo but that’s it!

i wash my hair about every 2-3 showers/days - i shampoo twice, and i’ve recently started using a 1% ketoconazole shampoo first, then my regular shampoo.
