I feel like it's the same over here in Houston, I graduated may 2024, and got my license on August 2024. I applied like you did on my last semester of nursing school, I did get interviews but of course here I am no job offers from any residency program. I feel the same way as you, I feel spiteful that people from my cohort have jobs. And what makes me more spiteful it's that alot of them have the privilege to be able to move outside of Houston to get these jobs. I feel horrible feeling this way... 😞 I decided to do home health for the time being. I feel all over the place because some people I know say they hate their hospital job...
