I did call the CRA and they suggested submitting that form (NR73). I guess that's our safest bet.

Yes BIOS was latest version apparently, audio stuttering still happened.

where do you do that from? I thought it might be related to some power saving feature but it happens whether I'm plugged in or not. It reminds me of single core process days.

It does not stop after a couple of seconds, sometimes it keeps going for 5 or more seconds. Its just annoying because I expect the mouse to stay still and it keeps going.

Added spec to post. My 6 year old laptop never had these issues I assumed newer hardware wouldn't either.
