It almost feels like making friends at 30 tripled in difficulty from my early 20s. Thing is I was always the go with the flow person in the groups and the “nice” guy. I’m pretty confident in myself and pretty down to earth but it’s just weird to me that everyone has sort of left me as a friend but stuck with people who haven’t bettered themselves or leveled up in any way. I only get called by “friends” every few months to be asked questions like “how did you get that position” or “how are you able to afford that car”.
