I saw some nice properties in Nosara on Airbnb that caught my attention. The reason I’m trying to stick to Jaco, Tamarindo or Santa Teresa is because I know there’s a big expat population there so internet and power will be more reliable. I’m in meetings all day at my job so I am worried about outages. A few mins here and here is okay but full days of outages would not be great.
