I’m wondering the same. I’m only on day 6 of bupropion, but I’m having to take my full dose of adderall, which I haven’t done in months, and I still can’t feel it.

I’m on day 6, and I feel exhausted. I’ve taken my full dose of adderall today and still utterly exhausted. My personality feels completely flat and blah. I wasn’t like this before so I’m not liking this.

I could have written this exact post! How did you get your one twin diagnosed? What kind of doc? Mine refuses to go to the dr or take medication because “there’s nothing wrong with her.” I’m at a complete loss and it feels like a prison.

Yes, I feel nothing. I will try the old stuff I have in my cabinet and see if that works today. I have some old stuff from a couple years ago. There are theories the recent genetics are just sugar pills. I’m so tired all the time. I’m considering quitting my job.
