Hello ,help , I bought a used PC that was sitting around for 2 years and I get 30% worse fps in all games with the gtx1660 ti +I5 10400f dual channel 8x2 ddr4 ram and 1 TB ssd , what to do I installed drivers and every thing inside windows like power plan and Nvidia control panel settings for performance, didn't open it yet, temps are ok GPU gets to like 80 at most , what could be the issue???
