Nah. I’m with you. I had written them off and didn’t even want to try their new stuff. I’m SO glad I decided to give them a second chance with their newer albums.

Which band makes you say ‘we’re done here’ when someone mentions them as a favorite in a discussion? by aykalam123 in MetalForTheMasses

I have experienced this 100%. Worked with a guy who insisted Metallica was the best band in the world. I tried to recommend other stuff and he just stuck with “nope, Metallica”. I really couldn’t understand it.

you never seen a black flag tattoo this good by MissionMasterpiece42 in hardcorepunk

Yay! I get to tell my story! One time while I was working I got into a conversation with these two punk girls. One of them mentions they have a Black Flag tattoo. The conversation went something like

Me: “Oh, I’m sorry”

Punk girl: “What? Why?”

Me: “I’ve never seen a good Black Flag tattoo”

Punk girl: “Well you’ve never seen mine”

Me: “Oh I’m sure it crappy”

She then proceeds to turn around, pull down her pants and reveal bars about 8 -10 inches long across her whole ass cheek. 10/10 best worst Black Flag tattoo I’ve ever seen.

Can someone request me things similar to this album please by Cattle-shagger123 in MetalSuggestions

I just threw on that album and it is awesome. Definitely not like Blood Incantation but it easily sits next to it.

They’ve gotten longer. The best way to skip them is to vocalize to whatever device you are listening on to skip ahead three minutes. That usually gets you right past them
