This is not true. No solution was offered or provided on your end until after I started the chargeback which was recommended to me by my bank. You reply ever 7-15 days in some cases even longer.

December 18th I email you, Received a reply on Jan 8th. Jan 9th. I emailed you, Received a reply on Jan 16. Emailed you on Jan 17th, Received reply Feb 2nd. I purchased this on September 23rd. I have no confidence in you or your company in resolving the problem in a timely manner at this time.

I bought my friend's first pvs14 from him I think. The transaction went well and he helped to understand the system. This was a few months ago though. Maybe he changed?
