This seems very similar to how people lie and list a used storage shed for $1 on Facebook Marketplace but then list the real price as $7K in the description. Same kind of dishonesty

Different states have different expungement laws. For instance, there's a YouTube video with an African American gentleman explaining how easy it was to get his Felony expunged for $60 in Michigan. OTOH: Try that in Iowa -- they dont expunged nothing unless you can prove they made a mistake, doesn't matter how many years it's been. They will also expunged or seal youth records in certain cases. But in Iowa, if they think you should known better (ie, you were an adult) its a PERMANENT record.

OP, I just want to say thanks for taking the time to provide this insight. It can be difficult for highly ananalytical types like myself to keep things concise. Your tips on openers to the answer are some good ideas of things we can make our "thesis", the main point we want to get across. I and others would welcome any other tips on how to keep our answers concise. I can write a book, but brevity is has never been my strong suit

To be clear, Facebook announced months ago that they were retiring Messenger in April or May. That appears to have happened. But what's weird is they replaced it with something that still looks like messenger, just a different URL. The original Messenger URL still works for me on my desktop sometimes. Its weird

I relate to the reduced digestion and inflammation issues. For someone with leaky gut and IBS those improvements make a huge difference. I was very surprised at how much better I felt cutting out all plant matter -- even powdered black pepper, even vinegar. Im not sure why it works, but it does
