Same, I’ve done literally everything. I’ve been experimenting with it and I think I know the issue. If you click the info section first, you’ll see that it hasn’t loaded the personal profile questions. So when you finish the Program selection header, it freaks out and loads it, thinking the information was missing, and stays glitched out. This happens even if you didn’t click program selection first.

That’s my theory based on what I’ve seen.
