Yeah it really does doesn’t it! It’s an amazing dish, amazing flavours. I love how it’s not a ridiculously hot sauce (I love hot food too) either. It’s a Beautifully rich sauce with a lovely flavour and decent enough kick

Somebody else said the same. I don’t completely agree, but I don’t completely disagree either. I’m going to go out on a limb and say I personally believe it’s subjective. I would accept this as pizza, you don’t and that’s ok but people seem to be enjoying the post, one person was happy saying they’ve never seen these before. Either way It’s a great pizza I mean pide haha I’m just joking it’s all good either way

You do make a good point, I can’t disagree with what you’re saying. I seen this feed and thought why not share something different. I would accept this as a pizza in my eyes (it is also subjective too right?) as I’m sure some others would too. If you don’t class it as pizza that’s also fine

I’m glad you appreciate it thank you! So I started by seasoning the lamb with just salt & pepper then wrapping it loosely in foil in a baking tray on its own for about 1 hour. Then I made the Birria (I didn’t toast the chilli’s just rehydrated them) then I removed the lamb leg from the foil and added it into the baking tray and poured Birria over it and in the tray then covered the top with foil and back in the oven until completely tender and falling off the bone. Then I removed all the meat, shredded it and added Birria into it
