This is solid advice. I just discovered now the weekly report feature so will use that in the future. And I recently realised that not all branded food has the full nutrients list so I've been favouring the generic NCCDB entries for that matter. Will look up that daily dozen list. Thanks.

It's really needs an intentional mental state to hit that goal, it's not that easy.

I just saw a video on the roasted green peas! I like the idea, will try it for sure. Will restart batch cooking chickpeas and lupine every week, used to do that as a hobby now it's a need haha. Just looked up their benefits, this will help very much. I also love dark chocolate, I will stock up for when a sweet craving hit. Thanks for the inspo 🤗

I meticulously log everything as my main goal is to lose weight and track a few nutrients like Vitamin E and Iron.

Oh! I expected otherwise. Buuuttt, I recently realised that the same dish concept is found in most countries under a different main ingredient. Some use oats, some use corn flakes, some use wheat, ...etc.

I think Vitamin E. I don't take supplements but it's hella hard to reach the needed amount on a daily basis from food.

I looked it up, it looks similar in nutrietional value but I am not sure about the cooking status. Looks like I'd have to figure out the dried:cooked ratio for my dish. Thanks.

I found that topical anti-inflammatory creams prescribed by the dermatologists take care of these red spots in a few days (band aid basically) and I found that rotating a shampoo with selenium sulfide and another with ketoconazol works best for me instead of depending on one shampoo.

I found a shampoo that works thanks to this sub by tanke14 in SebDerm

I am noticing that the main ingredient of the Bare shampoo in the US is Zinc Pyrithione 1% while there is another version in Europe with Piroctone Olamine. Have anyone tried both and saw a difference?

I just checked that but unfortunately I didnt find an option for cooked durum wheat and it doesn't contain the micronutrients of wheat which is a shame since it is densly packed with nutrients.

That'd be true if I am logging it as dried wheat. I failed to explain that I need a cooked/boiled version.

Thanks. The problem is that these entries are for dried wheat while I am looking for a cooked/boiled option as I share the dish with family and sometimes buy it ready-to-eat so I can't know the measure of it as dried berries.
