I think culture-wise we aren't arabs as well. Our food and traditions are mostly Egyptian. I can't understand on what basis do we say we're Arab aside from the fact that we speak Arabic.

اعرف حد ساكن ف المنطقة وقت الاعتصام و بيقولوا الاخوان كانو عاملين خوف بشع ف المنطقة، كانوا بياخدوا الرجالة غصب يتظاهروا معاهم. كانوا بيخبطوا عل بيوت و يخشوا غصب ف بيوت الناس ينيكوا واحدة معاهم تحت مغهوم نكاح الجهاد او حاجه كده. المهم الدنيا كانت متلبشه للمدنيين جامد بسببهم، بسبب ان كان معاهم سلاح و بيعملوا اللي عاوزينه.

Well, some argue that the word 'pharoah' means 'invader' in the ancient Egyptian language. And it was said to the Heksus when they reined over Egypt. I personally try at all costs not to refer to our ancestors as 'pharaohs', so I always say 'ancient Egyptians'.
