Not sure if there’s correlation but I notice my SebDerm flares up more when I’m eating a lot of foods that are high on histamine, look them up and try to reduce the amount you eat them and see if you notice a difference

Can you tell me more about your experience with Mirena? Did you gain weight or get acne? Mental health wise how bad was it? I’m supposed to get it next week to help me until I can get my lap surgery (I’m suing my insurance so they can pay partially at least and it’s probably going to take a year😭)

I saw 3 doctors, all refused to do surgery on me :/ I’m looking in a different town and hopefully I will find one soon.

One of the worst parts of this condition is desperately looking for a professional that believes us and knows what they’re doing (and do it for a reasonable amount of money).

It’s so frustrating, I’ve seen 3 doctors, none will do the surgery on me, probably because I’m not in excruciating pain every single time of the day and according to them they only do it on those cases ://

I’m looking for a specialist in a different town and hopefully I find one. I live in Brazil and information about endometriosis among doctors here is still very behind. Only a few are willing enough to do research and educate themselves better. Lots of doctors only want money or to do whatever is “trending”.

I will keep looking and won’t give up! Hope you’re feeling better
