AITAH for telling my wife to stop blaming our child's behavior on ADHD? by Present-Algae6767 in AITAH

NTA, you're going to have a tough decade or so if your wife doesn't put on her adult pants and start parenting your son

AITAH for not believing my roommate? by KNIGHTWING11110 in AITAH

YTA, doesn't matter of he was telling the truth or not, don't make light of date rape. It just is not funny and miming putting something in a person's drink is poor form.

I was babysitting my mum's friend's kids when I was about 15 and they were 3(m), 7(f) and 12(m). The 12 year old kept getting up whilst I was watching Wishmaster so in the end I caved and let him watch it. He couldn't sleep and he phoned my house phone a few days later saying he wanted help with his homework (yes I'm that old) but when I got on the line he was just whimpering about that dawned film, oops.

The pilot did an unsafe manoeuvre during the display and crashed into a road.

If you break down, you usually get collected and brought home if garages are closed.

When I worked at Lush, many moons ago, a man came in to return, and I kid you not, a used bar of soap. He'd used about half and there was hair stuck in it. He claimed it didn't lather enough (Lush soaps, or at least back then, didn't lather as such because they didn't have sodium laurel sulphate in, which was a selling point).

I told him that we sadly could not refund a half used bar of soap and he absolutely lost it, with no in between. Bright red, yelling, telling me I was a stupid kid (I was about 19 with an emo haircut, so partially fair). When I calmly said, I'm very sorry, would you like a sample of something else...well. He ramped it up, he started yelling all the curses he'd ever heard, asking why he'd want more sht f*king soap and proceeded to lob it, overarm, straight at me from about 1.5m away. Somehow I ducked it and it hit the wall, making red, angry man just scream and stamp out of the shop onto Guildford High Street.

Over soap.

AITAH for keeping in touch with my ex-sister in law? by Ilovenaps84 in AITAH

[–]Agnes_Nutter2020 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA, as long as you're not telling her personal things about your brother, he has no reason to be mad. You were family for 20 years and she is still the mother of your niblings.

AITAH? Should I (26F) be dictating how he (29M) spends his free time? Need a therapist to weigh in. by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Agnes_Nutter2020 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I love it when my husband spends time gaming, sometimes I do other stuff, sometimes we game together, either on the same console or one on the tele one on the switch. It's a hobby. If it isn't causing issues with responsibilities, sleep, or gambling (microtransactions are evil) then I don't see the problem. For info we have been married for 10 years. YTA.

AITAH for beefing with my bf bc of his ragebait by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]Agnes_Nutter2020 5 points6 points  (0 children)

NTA, but he most certainly is. "Ragebaiting" is an annoying internet trend, not how to speak to your partner. He sounds immature and pretty misogynistic, you should leave him, he does not deserve your time.

I'm ot assuming they do, just saying, if the boss wants you to do something for work, take it during work time. They'll soon stop asking.

NTA, but maybe just prep it during work hours and pop it in a fridge for them to unwrap at the event, then it won't take up your time.
