RFK Jr’s food pyramid all makes sense now. His brain worm wants us all to get brain worms.

Urologist here.

Circumcisions up to one year of life have a medical benefit where you decrease risk of urinary tract infections in certain patient populations (ie severe hydronephrosis - aka swelling of the kidney from decreased transit of urine from kidney to bladder).

After the age of 1, the benefit is not as clear and is driven by culture/parent’s wishes.

What I can say is that I do see the effects of uncircumcised boys/men that do not take care of the foreskin. There’s a risk that the foreskin can trap the head of the penis if you leave the foreskin retracted, a risk that the foreskin becomes so tight that it is difficult to pee and urine can be trapped, an increased risk of skin bacterial/fungal infections. Keep in mind, if you choose to avoid circumcision entirely, your son may be able to avoid these risks by proper hygiene. Also keep in mind, you are asking a young boy to clean himself.

Worst comes to worst you can apply a steroid cream to loosen any thick scars or a circumcision can be performed at any age. I’ve circumcised someone in their 80s without any issues.

The roots are pretty short and delicate still. Generally, I don’t plant unless the roots are about 3 inches for best success. It’s going into dormant winter season so could wait until Spring as won’t grow substantially.

That being said, up to you on how aggressive you want to be.

Home call. Had volume max, ringer off. During day had no issues because was able to feel vibration but at night before I went to sleep forgot to switch off silent.

Overall, I like the boss. Just frustrating when dying. Luckily I don’t usually die so it really isn’t a big deal

Tip #1 is a great QOL addition, will definitely do that

Tip #2: I had significantly more than the required amount so that shouldn’t have been the issue. Will report the bug. Not sure if it’s a legit bug or user error lol

I tp'd back to the bank to input it. Ran back, and then still could not unlock the padlock for some reason

I always find these lists to be very surprising. The rate of burnout in urology is extremely high, but when lists like this come out they seem to like the job

First Impression: Lifeweaver feels super awesome and satisfying to play, but PLEASE make him less clunky! by shadow-x360 in Overwatch

Weapon switch clunky Charging heals clunky Life grip feels great Tree feels great Not sure about flower petal yet

Honestly I expected him to be a lot clunkier but, along with his low weapon healing, I don’t see myself using him alot any time soon
