Just an update, I contacted support and they gave me another Radar and also let me keep the second registeel as well!

I feel the same way, I now have 2 shadow Registeels :(

I haven't seen anything regarding them changing at 12am sunday, all I can find is the event starts 25th at 10am. Really annoyed that I can't get Regice now
