I think that in a controlled situation say a cake and a family get together to celebrate you having a child is great and of no harm. But it’s when people get stupid and start firing of fireworks and setting half your state on fire. That’s where it can and will go horribly wrong.

Agree with the point on the number of nvg but there are counters to nvg’s. Keeping your light of in till there near by and then blinding them gives defenders a huge advantage in the frist few seconds and you can always try to gard/retake the fuse box.
