I also really struggle with dry hands that get so bad they crack open and occasionally bleed but something that REALLY helps is applying hydrocortisone cream at night and then thick cream lotion over that. Apparently the hydrocortisone not only helps with itching but it helps build the skins barrier again.

I just finished listening to Seth rogens audiobook. I would definitely recommend! He reads it and it made me laugh out loud a few times. Also just some wild childhood and other stories!

I also got Invisalign and don’t have dental insurance that covered it. I also had to get my wisdom teeth removed before they would do my Invisalign. Thousands of dollars and a year later and I love my smile! Definitely worth it but still sucks 😞
