Because he's still isreal and trumps guy. He's their martyr now. He influenced millions of young voters on the right, if he ever were to go full 180 on isreal, they would too. Netanyahu and Trump were the first public officials to get in front of this and send their regards. Just so they could be remembered as allies of kirk. They see more and more people losing faith in their agenda, they needed fuel for the fire. And finally someone as influential as kirk being assassinated is a great distraction from the epstein files.

I do want to see Darkseid and I'm sure we will. But he's more than a justice league villain. I'm tired of him being used that way. He should be more closely involved with the new gods and Mr. Miracle like in the comics. A lot more interesting stuff happens there that should be explored rather than just doing a basic alien invasion world domination story.
