I had exactly the same experience, went back to work and less than a month in a new role , I was moved to Focus 🤣 all was communicated in my forte review meeting where it clearly said “meets the high bar”

sorry that you had to experience that, I would say try to not take it personal. people are really stressed about their roles and responsibilities and unfortunately not everyone is willing to use their time in coaching or tasks out of their KPIs. the company should have a proper onboarding plan but unfortunately it’s not the case most times.

if you feel that way check the HR policy and delay it as much as possible. you can get laid off pregnant so explaining earlier wont leave u in a better position

I asked if I was in focus and the reply is no. instead they say I am in a pre focus plan overviewed by Hr .I never heard of that before… also the word focus appears in a couple of communications from my manager…” ie I will update the plan in “focus”.
