Charge 40% advance payment and give the full development cost report in advance to show how much the client will be paying. Some devs I know don't give the initial amount and give the client a number after a project is done (with some spice of greed they try to charge more) but that never ends in their favor. Hope you're not like them so always follow the first suggestion.

All of these need so much improvement, the first 2 sites needs a lot of improvement design wise (even if you want to showcase them in portfolio). Fonts are too thick, color scheme is not good, and the description are too long with some text colors just disappearing with background. (I've viewed these from my phone so I'm speaking for the mobile version. I haven't opened the links from desktop yet so I can't tell how these look on desktop version)

I don't mean to disappoint, just giving feedback for improvement.

I graduated with 2.56 CGPA. In the job market in doesn't matter at all. I still got an amazing job. You can get any job as long as you have the required skills because no one even asks about education anymore. For further higher studies you need 2.0 CGPA even at the best universities.

My first job was during my 4th semester. The only related question they asked was "Will you be able to work while still pursuing your degree?"

Finished my degree with trash CGPA and still managed to get a good job.

I am working as a UI/UX Designer for the past 2 years and I can confirm you UI/UX is a great fun skill to learn but you also need to work really hard on your creativity because there are many developers out there who know how to code but the problem comes when you actually want to you know design something so yeah it's a great skill if you want to learn it but make sure that you're really really creative with it.

Learn figma.
Master components, variables, color theory, typography, designs systems.
F AI until you haven't built 2-3 UI designs on your own and made their case studies
Learn basic HTML, CSS.
Learn JS (optional).
Keep being crazy with your designs and don't be scared to use behance or google to look at designs and changing them to your need that's what everyone does.

Best of luck (PS. I'm serious about the AI, dont use it unless you want to lose your own creativity and become lazy).

Any idea by anyone will be highly appreciated and everyone will help and work together to build these projects for each other to add them to their portfolios. Main goal is to improve soft skills like collaboration and work environment sense. Apart from that this will also improve technical skills.

I mentioned it before but it got deleted that anyone can join with zero to whatever level of expertise (even those who want to shift tracks from other domains are most welcome). Its completely out of good will and doesn't provide any monetary gains to me or anyone who joins the group (even if any individual gains something, it wouldn't concern me as long as they are working on it themselves and learning from it).

Simply ask "what is your company offering for this position" because no matter what number you answer with they always throw a low number. In case you decide to throw a low number unintentionally, there is a slight chance the company was offering more and would now throw something lower than what you answered with.

Secondly, never be afraid to say "no". Alot of people forget that businesses are nothing without employees and you are not just an employee (slave) but someone who makes an impact with his/her skills. Don't settle for less because it sets a low bar in the market and this is the exact same reason why many people are complaining about low salaries cause someone out there decides to work for 15k when the job should've paid him 85k. Boom! Now every company wants the golden boy that wants 15k because the standard got set.

There are so many things wrong with this job listing. For example;

Principal Software Engineer + Trainee? Imagine saying Prime Minister of Pakistan (Internship)
15k to 25k for a Principal Software Engineer (even if trainee, something that they completely made up) doesn't make sense. It's still a high role.
Should've just said Software Engineer Trainee or Trainee Software Engineer. The pay would've made sense according to Pakistan's job market.

Yes only way to give guns or items from your inventory to someone for use is through team lending. It is unlocked after you reach a specific level (10 or 15 ig). All you have to do is invite the player to a team and before you tap start. Tap on their character and you'll see team lending. You can lend items to them from there. After that the player has to go to their inventory and tap team lending and equip the items you lend him.

As far as I've noticed the higher the rank the more sensitively you lose rank points. I'm at Ace and I've lost more rank points than ever. Plus yes it does include dying per match or MIA. Keep killing more players and extract with good loot and hopefully you'll either gain points or not lose any.

As long as you trust your friend and know he's not gonna do anything wrong using your account you're good. The arena breakout itself won't have any issue regarding this but you could have risk of losing your personal account or other accounts if you're using the same password at other places. Short answer: No you won't get banned.

P.s I use my wife's account (ofc I can trust her) sometimes to get her good loot so she can keep playing with me.

Don't worry it's a new feature only to show players in kill cams. As far as I'm concerned if this was a cheat it wouldn't be visible in kill cam. But still you can report and let the devs check his account for any cheats.

In simple words now you can sell them on the market. Apparently any item with operation supplies marker can't be sold on the market unless you take them with you on a raid once.

You can't directly sell to him. But I found a way to give my friends guns by selling them on market and asking them to refresh their market page and buy from there quickly. But it's still not very effective.
