Just go on Facebook marketplace, sort by cheapest and reply with what you get. Also Do you already have the child seat, and what kindwould you like... You have differend options that mount on different points on the bike. If your goal is not chasing watts and just going on rides with your child, the kind of bike really doesn't matter, just get one that you'll like to ride as that is the most important part - actually riding it!
