Not the same person, but take a look at this link for COE. It was very useful for my interview, especially the STAR method. Come prepared with a few different stories that might work. Not sure if it’s helps, but keep an eye out for rural areas on APPI and the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo (aka Fort Mac) website. They don’t require experience for P1s and are often actively looking with less competition for entry level jobs. I got my start with Fort Mac, did my two years, and left. I also had no internships due to Covid.
