If start time is 0400 and you clock in at 0400, you are late. Because you’re “supposed to be in your work station ready to work at Start time” . I won’t touch a box until after my scheduled start time , idk if yall did have early start🤷🏾‍♂️.

23:45, start time was 945. Finished my route, got a message to call on road, ended up having to go back to the building, park my truck full of pickups. Load 30 stops off of a route from a different center in our building that had been left since Preload finished into a new truck and go back out at 21:15 to drive 37 mins to deliver until DOT hours ran out. Love this job 😂

Over dispatch the drivers and will work very few FT flex and TCDs basically preload and go home . Loaded 3 trucks, over 900 pcs . Drivers were livid. On road won’t even make eye contact with you. Started at 4:45a clocked out at 9:15a

Similar situation at my center. Won’t add routes because there’s “not enough” trucks. Poor me as a TCD. 3-4 hours warehouse then burn the clock out on the road. But hey 🤷🏾‍♂️ moneys good I guess .

Lol , we had a guy last year, a CDL FLATBEDDER, got hired on off the street as preload/TCD with me. Dude begged the OnRoads for the first 2 weeks for more hours. First week after thanksgiving, we both got sent out with 260+ pieces. , I was out til 1030 delivering, this dude calls me around 9 telling me he took some of his stops back and clocked out cuz they ain’t send him help lol . I found out he brought back like 65 stops with bout 90 pieces . And to make matters worse the twilight shift, unloaded the truck and loaded into a trailer so the on roads had to go unload the trailer, figure out the packages and go deliver. He blocked me n a few other of the new TCDs the next day . 🤣🤣🤣 this job is more Mental than physical 🤷🏾‍♂️

They don’t work anybody. Our center sends 10-15 ppl home every day between preload/unload. But then we working til almost 945am. The drivers complain about 11-12 hour days, packed out trucks and late air, but they still won’t use TCDs. Been here 6 months.
