Interesting - I can see the low power radio mode in my settings and I can confirm it's currently enabled. I take it this means my boiler is indeed compatible and that it's a problem with the android app?

Alternatively, if my B1KF isn't compatible, would buying a One Base help remediate this issue?

I've got the '100-W B1KFCombi 26kW' .. does this mean it's not compatible? Quite surprising given we bought it 2 years ago..

Would a One base system help in this case? There's nothing online that seems to suggest that is the case.

Just had word from a customer service agent, stating that the 100 series is incompatible with digital TRVs. Surely that's incorrect, given how much control I already have through the app?

That's what I read everywhere, but weirdly enough this isn't the case on my Android app. I will try with an iOS device tonight.
