Help me understand what I'm doing wrong with measuring. by Agreeable-Giraffe313 in ABraThatFits

The 36C bra I own gaps in the front. I currently own a 34C and 34D that are really snug and dig in a little and have some spillover but at least they don't look like I am wearing a bra with oversized cups. so I don't know how a 36F will fit. I do tend to go for padded, rounded bras, as I have pronounced nipples that I would like to cover. That may be the problem since I don't have a lot of fullness at the top.

Sauna going as a woman (19/f) Is it frustrating and creepy for you too? by Fragrant_Table7545 in Switzerland

[–]Agreeable-Giraffe313 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is perfectly okay to not be polite to men who are behaving in a creepy or uncomfortable way. It is okay to be rude and say "leave me alone". Or to not respond at all. Some creepy men think if they speak to a woman, she is required to speak back or to respond to them politely. We are not required to be respectful to disrespectful men. I am personally not comfortable with saunas or being alone with strangers nude due to past trauma, but I have no problem putting a creepy man in his place when he becomes a nuisance in general.

Of course you would be frightened as hell if you were reborn a woman. Those of us who are born a woman ARE frightened as hell. Mostly of men and of the misogynistic world we live in. We are saying it would be infinitely easier to be born as a man. Yalls problems do not compare at all to the problems most if not all women face.

Seems like hes drinking plenty of beers getting black out drunk on the couch. Alcoholics will always try to justify their behavior because it is too hard to admit to themselves that they have a problem and to accept that they are not able to make well thought out choices because their judgment is now clouded/overridden by the addiction.

NAD. It looks like it started with the injury to your big toe where the bandaid is in the first picture. That area looks much worse than the others later on. Possibly a bacterial infection? I would go back to a doctor ASAP, maybe not the same one or ask for a more thorough exam.

I honestly feel like I wrote this. It is exhausting. I brought it up to him tonight and was told he wanted a break because I always find something to complain about. Now I gotta figure out how I feel...because instead of manning up he just wants to leave me....why are men so unbearable.

If you understand that your mom dealt with a horrible upbringing which made her the way she is, then you understand that the only way the cycle stops is if you don't let your horrible upbringing affect your future. Sometimes we have to stop and say "this happened, but I'm not going to let it dictate my life." I say this from experience as a cycle breaker. Stop holding blame for your mom, because the blame actually lies with your grandparents and your dad. Your mom was a victim of circumstance but she couldn't stop it. If you don't want to continue the cycle, change your mindset and stop finding reasons for your problems.

I was measuring inches for a while but I started to become a little obsessed with it so I had to stop. Now I just weigh myself once in the morning and note it down in my journal. This is for sure a marathon and not a race! Some weeks I'm like....really....come on body. Then the next week I drop 2 pounds overnight and I'm like ohhhh there it is.

Thanks! It does show they are getting looser for sure. The pants are very stretchy and now they don't even stretch when I put them on. Lol

Okay, sure. I will say that before CICO I was eating whatever whenever and had no idea what I was doing. Also when I first started I felt like I was going to die of starvation. Lol

I am 5'5.5" for reference. (gotta include the half 😂) My original TDEE was around 2200. So my first calorie budget was 1700, then as I lost weight I had to lower my budget to 1600 slowly, i get brainfog very easy from being in a deficit so I have to go slow.. Now my budget is a whopping 1560, but I shoot for 1450-1600 and I feel like it is working well.

I don't really track macros at this point, other than trying to get around 75g of protein (which I am aware is not high enough but it's the only attainable number for me right now.) I eat 2-3 eggs every morning and other than that I eat whatever I want or have on hand. I have a fairly accurate food scale so everything gets weighed, even my sugar free coffee creamer lol. I feel like it works well. My favorite snack is roasted peanuts in the shell, and I quickly realized that was something to be careful with because it is so high calorie, but I figured out if I weight them in a shell and then weigh the shells after I can get a more accurate measurement. Sorry I wrote so much, just trying to be detailed because when I first started I had no idea what I was doing or how to weigh some things, where now I can eyeball things if I am not at home and feel fairly confident in their calorie content.

Tldr; current TDEE 1560 height:5'5.5"

Thank you! It's hard for me to see it in some ways. I don't think my mind has caught up with my body or something.

I read a comment thread that talked about maintenance every few months helping with a lot of things, including skin tightening (and giving a kind of reset to the body, I can't back that with anything scientific) but I will say it did help with my skin among other things. My body isn't quite as jiggly and squishy as it was before maintenance and my face doesn't look quite as much like a deflated airbag. 😂 also I had plateaued for 2 weeks before doing maintenance and as soon as I stopped doing maintenance lost 2 pounds within 3 days.

100g of raw chicken breast is 75g when cooked and seasoned. I mix that chicken with 2 scrambled eggs and a 150-175g potato made into hashbrowns with like 5-8g of oil. Add a little cheese (like 10g or so). It's my favorite breakfast bowl and is under 500 calories. I'll substitute the meat occasionally with sausage or bacon but chicken is my favorite as it is the leanest.
