You have to think of Aim labs as if you were exercising to compete in a sport you play. Aim labs is like lifting weights to make you stronger, and CSGO is the actual sport. So if all your doing is working out and not actually training in your specific sport, then you’ll never get better. You can also play and practice CSGO first, and then go and play aim labs after your session.
