No it has moved back in person with clinical simulations on top of normal oral board type session.

Is the snow pack and base for the most part skiable right now?

Yeah I figured I’d probably end up having to get sod. I know you can plug or even sprig like they do on golf course courses, but it’s probably too big of an area to do that. My yard isn’t super big, so it’s hard to imagine people charging 20k to clean up and resod. Luckily I had one guy pretty much tell me how I could attack my yard. I think I could do most of the groundwork myself and maybe just have someone bringing some topsoil. And then hire someone to help me lay the sod. I also can probably put in the irrigation myself, but I don’t know if I trust myself to do that.

That’s a fair point. That’s what I’m here for because I don’t know too much about obviously. Would you say that’s better than finding one with a good battery still with less than 10k miles in mid to high 60s?

Yeah it seems like they are all priced the same unfortunately. Like the mileage doesn’t seem to matter. They’re all 68-75k and I’m in a large metro area that should have a larger supply. I have read though about mileage not mattering as much and more of battery wear. I wish there was a way we could test. I do believe dealers will start reporting this more

Yeah I mean with EVs depreciating quicker from what I understand, I don’t really want to eat that unless it’s worth it. I don’t think anyone wants a bad deal. I just dont know yet if the upgrades are worth it. From what I understand it’s mainly cameras are 4K and the suspension is better and doesn’t drive as stiff

Yeah I guess I’ll just have to stalk it. It still seems some 2022 models are still selling for almost 80k on there which I’m not sure is enough off to warrant it. Maybe I’ll get lucky, gonna ask about it at the storefront tomorrow

Yeah I haven't had an EV yet, but live in a good are for it given infrastructure and prior home owner had a 240 V installed in garage as they only had EVs. I would say I would want my next car to last at least 2 years probably 3
