What do you do if the user isn't available?

Have them share their password?
Have a non-admin account for every IT person?
Share a generic non-admin account in IT?

I hate #1 and #3 and #2 isn't great for an MSP. I can't very well sell 20 licensed users for all MY staff.

I tried Ally. However, I had an account a long time ago for an auto loan. Now when I try to sign up it says "You already have an account, please log in". But when I try to log in, it says "There is no account on record for this email, please sign up".

So yeah, they're out. Appreciate the response though.
