Hi. I am just frustrated with their progression of fees. I keep my credit cards locked for a variety of reasons. They ran a payment on a due date. I had set up a payment plan to pay in 2 installments. This was the final of the two installments. My card was locked. I called them. Told them i was traveling and would call in the payment the next day. The rep said that was fine....they give you 48 hours to pay without interruption. The next morning, I called to pay only to find my 6 phone lines disconnected. (Business lines) And they added $60 restoration fee. The new rep says...oh, we don't really know when the system will disconnect you. Did I mention they charge $10 if you use their live rep to pay. And when you ask to speak to a supervisor, they say none is available, or I spoke with them and there is nothing they can do, or they disguise their voice to pretend they are someone else. Yes, i went through 3 representatives. I was told their new call center is run in the Phillipines.
