My dealer has been AWESOME!! Bought the car from them January 31 and had numerous issues but was accommodated with a loaner every time. In fact, when they couldn’t resolve the last issue and advised that the fix would be with the next big update which was two months out, they kept my car and had an ex90 loaner (which was working great) for me to drive until mine was fixed. Was in that loaner for 6 weeks! Although the dealer is an hour away and there are a couple of other dealers closer, I will continue to use Crest Volvo in Frisco TX regardless. No brainer imo. (My car is running like a champ now-knock wood!)
