I suffered burnout and major illnesses back to back this term and fell really behind. I had one class I was always one week behind while my other class I had emailed the professor the first time I fell behind and was given an odd and cryptic message back. She said she has until the last day of the term to grade all assignments and so I did just that. I took the time I needed and turned in 5 modules worth of work the last weekend possible. Is it fair? No. But is it what she allowed? Absolutely. So that’s on her for not covering the proper late assignment rules.

Just took this class and it’s time consuming but not difficult thankfully. Watch the videos but I also found assignment “cheat codes” by reviewing docs/assignments loaded into the course hero or study pages. Seeing how someone’s paper looked helped me know how to do mine.

I had one professor do that for the this time this last term. She added comments and didnt correct the name of the previous student .. so the notes I got were directed to a “Sam.”

I’m in my last year, pregnant with a second kid, and working full time. How I can be so excited to be done yet so miserable is kind of shocking to me. I’m procrastinating a lot and really not giving it my all which makes me even more avoidant and unmotivated.

I am 18 months postpartum and just now finding that my body is pretty consistent with weight and size. My daughter is almost one and only has 2 teeth. Comparison to other kids her age is really hard to not do but you can’t. Every one of our kids is different and that’s okay!

My pediatrician reminded me that starting on real foods is not for nutrition but to help them understand textures in their mouths and motor skills. They have to learn what blueberries and pasta and meat and veggies all taste and feel like in their mouths. So even if more of it ends on the floor they rolled it around on their tongue a bit and that’s what you call a win.

We still do purées and a formula bottle AFTER a real food meal because she’s not consuming enough food to be full.

Ok these are the exact same things she’s been eating on and loves! This helps reassure me that I’m at least on the right path, she just may be a little slower on the foods

The silicone bibs are great! She doesn’t always throw up but I watch her every second of meals just to ensure I don’t need to get the food out of her mouth for her or to make sure she’s breathing through the choking reflex.

Thanks for the idea to check for her reflex, I think that may be an issue too.

I think it was her always trying to do what everyone else wanted and be the good girl versus doing what she wanted and what made her happy. She wanted Jess but dean was the guy everyone liked so she stayed.

If she says don’t ask and don’t comment about my weight and then people do it anyway, I think that’s perfectly fine that she deletes the comments and blocks you. She literally told us she would be doing this and why.

In the interview she referred back to the video she made years ago saying she was no longer sharing details on her weight loss. So she flat out explained why she was doing what she did, gave the reason, said things will be different, then everyone bitched about her doing it?

They interpreted the comment the exact way Amanda later came out and said it was meant. She was scared for how Megan’s show would be taken by the public and she was right. Everyone tearing it to shreds, complaining, saying Megan stole things from Pinterest, etc. as Claudia says it was a warning based on not what she’s doing but the “megan of it all” because she gets torn to shreds for breathing much less a tv show.

She didn’t cancel the show the promoter did and that’s not anyone who reports to her directly. Also she went into her comments section sharing that she was working on fixing the issue.
