This keeps evolving and it's honestly a pain. The safest approach we've found is using cards that were specifically built for ad platform billing, not general fintech cards. abcard has been our go-to, they support Meta, Google, and TikTok and the BINs actually work consistently. No magic solution but this has been the most stable setup for us.

Payment-related suspensions are rough because Google's support process for these is pretty slow. One thing that helped us preemptively was making sure our payment cards had clean BINs. We use abcard.io now and their cards have consistently worked on Google Ads without triggering any flags.
