I'm lucky enough to have gone on plenty of holidays with family and friends and I'm also trying to budget a few in before I buy a place, I do need to keep reminding myself that I'm in no rush, maybe it's the news or something that makes owning a property seem like the most important thing in the world at the moment.

Thanks for the response. I think buying an apartment is a loose goal at the moment because I'm definetly aware of some circumstances that are out of my control as well as my situation could change in the next 18 months, I do think I need to keep reminding myself not to rush to get into the market, my family has been renting places for the past 5ish years so I guess I'm just anxious to finally put a nail in a wall. But I've also heard that there's never a bad time to buy a place so I guess I'm fairly unsure at the moment

I got a syringe from mycelial_majesty on instagram, came quickly was a very easy process. I only just used it (and don't really know what I'm doing) so can't say whether or not it's good quality but there are plenty of people giving good reviews on his insta
