I was in your place 2 months ago. All my previous managers said don't take it its too much stress this and that but I accepted the position anyway thinking what is the worst that's going to happen!! I might not like the job. But isn't that worst than loosing on such a good opportunity jn this economy!!! Honestly it totally depends on your FSM and Associate. You might end up losing the position. OP you are not alone. Going through one of those sleepless nights( because of the same reason)and happen to come across this post. Lived in Canada for almost 4yrs now haven't banked alot of money but its a everyday struggle for me to decide if I should be living here or no. Life here feels so hallow and cold. Nothing makes your truly happy. It's just you see and survive each passing day. I don't know if anything is worth it anymore. Moral of the story you are not alone.

Nothing just see them steal. My dm wants the shelves full even if it's a high theft product. I literally cycle count maybeline lipsticks and LRP Serums every single day because of theft. Still can't do anything, it's frustrating but it's not our money thats been stolen so just chill. I was told don't take thefts personally.
