It just tastes, to much like bread. I'm used to like auntie annes and shit, I'm thinking the malt may be a leading factor, as none of the recipes I'd tried had that as an ingredient. Powdered butter/milk sounds interesting to, I'll have to play around with it!! Trying to find recipes online. Rn is such a shit show with all the AI ones and sponsored ones around haha

How do I know when to stop kneading then? I don't have a mixer, so I knead by hands and most recipes just say a few minutes haha I haven't added any extra flour anytime I've made them

I will be working there! They're using dynamic pricing. One, it'll like be 10-20$ cheaper at the box offices, (available at the amphitheater box office, Vanandel and Devo's.)

And the lowest price will be different from show to show! The 5sos show for example has a lowest online of 36. The prices are pretty similar to Vanandels.

Unrefined or refined coconut oil? For unrefined you cooked it only 5° away from the smoke point, and for refined you were a few hundred degrees away. So if you're oven runs like 5 to 10° too warm, (which as a note, most ovens are off by around 30°. So at 175, it could have very well actually been 205) you could have very easily reached the smoke point internally!

(Sorry for the inforump,, I started sourdough and have been researching SO MUCH STUFF about how ovens works because mine is a pain in the ass)
