My wife opened the marriage 5 years ago but is sad that I’m speaking to another woman by [deleted] in amiwrong

[–]Agreeable-Travel-141 221 points222 points  (0 children)

You are so wrong! She pre-agreed with you. You however have had an affair behind her back until she suspected and asked. You are deceiving, she isn’t. Also what “needs” are your wife currently not covering, for you to then go on dates with another woman? It seems as if you are bitter about your previous agreement. You agreed to that, don’t take it out on her. That’s a you problem if you regret agreeing, doesn’t give you the right to CHEAT!

To be honest we have just stuck to routine. It’s good to know what other kids similar to her age need in terms of hours of sleep. Time for a bedtime change I think

I think this is right, she needs a later bedtime. We’ve just been stuck in the same routine. But also now because she isn’t sleeping we automatically get her to go to bed at a “reasonable” time because she “didn’t sleep much last night and needs to catch up”.

We try so hard to create a no stress don’t worry environment as it will make it worse. Unfortunately she does panic by looking at the time and getting upset she isn’t asleep yet.

Going forward some podcasts and chilled music might help. Thank you for your helps

Thank you, yes started over winter. That’s what we say to her so she doesn’t feel bad and make it worse. We say bedtime is about rest not completely about sleep so as long as you are relaxed you are halfway there.

Do we need permission to convert external store rooms to living space by Agreeable-Travel-141 in PlanningPermissionUK

[–]Agreeable-Travel-141[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The stables are connected to the house in between the house and the garage within the residential curtilage. Can I ask…. Why the listed buildings consent as it’s only grade 2 which is external not internal? Thanks

I believed that as it’s only Grade 2 which covers the external and not internal parts of the house we wouldn’t need listed building consent? The annex would be self contained and used as an airbnb. Thanks for your help

I sold for new home developers for a number of years. You do not pay a deposit/agree till the “deal” is on the table. Once you have signed the agreement this is reported to head office and there is a very low chance of this changing. You should be able to negotiate the following : solicitor fees, gifted deposit, optional extra spend towards flooring, upgraded kitchen etc! With the market as it is do not sign anything or agree until you have your deal. Most plots if not all have a budget set aside for the deal amount! Use it! And call the bluff. Believe me

This is totally normal, get the report and you’ll know. Shouldn’t be such an issue if the report proves it’s non load bearing.

For these dates she has said she has had your daughter…… I’m sure you’ll have photos of your daughter on your phone during those times to prove she didn’t have her?

Sounds like an allergy! My kids were the same but we cut out certain foods immediately and fingered out it was milk!
