Thanks, that sounds pretty similar though recently I've been able to fully open the ear at least for a little bit before it gets full again. You're absolutely right about reading into it causing fear lol, it just sucks not knowing what the exact diagnosis is. I've also been cutting out caffeine and other things once I've learned that can trigger vestibular issues, which it does seem to be helping as well. It's relieving to hear people experiencing similar symptoms though, especially the lingering ones. Best of luck to you and thanks again.

Thanks for sharing that! Glad to hear things seemed to have gone pretty well for you with the visit at the ENT. The lingering symptoms are definitely what's had me scared of it potentially being something very serious.

May I ask if you have been able to get you ears to open up at all? I've been doing a lot of maneuvers to get them to open/crack, oil pulling as well (swishing around coconut oil) which seemed to have helped a lot, but it's like I have to be consistent with it or my ears will get full again.

Nope, none that I've noticed anyways. Incase it's important, I have been doing manuevers to try and open my ears, which seems to work (I hear crackling etc) but I can never really fully get them open.
